Literary Fiction - A Black author sets out on a cross-country publicity tour to promote his bestselling novel. That storyline drives the book and is the scaffolding of something much larger and more urgent.

HOW IT WORKS
There are 15 spots for each book club. One book club per person. Please, no purchasing extra books for other people.

To attend an upcoming book club:

Complete the attendance registration

Purchase the book online and select "in-store pick-up" for the shipping option

Pick up the book in the shop and read it before the event date

Attend the book club and get ready to have fun!

Attention: You are not officially registered for book club until you've registered AND bought the book from the shop.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Book clubs will be led by one of the store owners and will be an interactive group discussion.

The store will be closed for regular shopping during book club so please don’t be late (doors lock at 7)

15% discount on books (no merch or prints) up to 30 minutes after the event

Buying the book online is your "ticket"

When you arrive for book club, check in at the desk with your name
WHAT TO BRING
We encourage you to bring your own fold-out chair. Our small shop has limited space and limited seating options.

Non-alcoholic beverages (like bubbly water) will be provided. Please, do not bring snacks.​
