Author Book Club: Meredith Lyons - Ghost Tamer

Nashville-based author Meredith Lyons joins us on Tuesday, October 24th at 7 pm for a bookclub discussing her book Ghost Tamer (out 9/19).

This event is ticketed--your ticket is just purchasing the book through us! You can pre-order it here or buy it in-store once September 19th rolls around--just let us know you want to join the book club when purchasing or pre-ordering the book.

There will be a giveaway at this event (open to book club attendees only) for a Ghost Tamer custom themed, hand-poured candle!

Our shop is standing room only, so please either bring your own camping/folding chair, cushion, or pillow if you like, or get cozy on our floor! Feel free to bring non-alcoholic drinks but please do not bring any food. Book club chat will run from 7 to 7:45, and we will open up the floor for questions directed to Meredith after that. 15% off books will be offered in-store browsing once the event is over.

About Meredith Lyons:

Meredith grew up in New Orleans, collecting two degrees from Louisiana State University before running away to Chicago to be an actor. In between plays, she got her black belt and made martial arts and yoga her full-time day job. She fought in the Chicago Golden Gloves, ran the Chicago Marathon, and competed for team U.S.A. in the savate world championships in Paris. In spite of doing each of these things twice, she couldn’t stay warm and relocated to Nashville. She owns several swords, but lives a non-violent life, saving all swashbuckling for the page, knitting scarves, gardening, visiting coffee shops, and cuddling with her husband and two panther-sized cats. She is a member of International Thriller Writers and Sisters In Crime. Ghost Tamer is her first novel.
