About the event
You a writer? An aspiring writer? Need some accountability and feedback on your writing in a fun, low-pressure environment? Come on down to Novelette Writers Round! It's free, but spots are limited for up to 15 people.
Here's how it works:
Everyone attending brings a written work (or work-in-progress) of theirs to read--can be poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, whatever! This is a space to bring in what you've been working on. The group will provide feedback--please be constructive but kind! We respect 1st ammendment rights, but if the facilitator feels something is hateful/dangerous the person reading may be asked to leave lol. Basically, read the room if the room was the Earth--you can be crazy, sexy, weird, have creepy or evil characters but if you start spouting hate speech yer outta there!
